FixGrid (operated by Appliance Repair Technology Experts) respects your privacy. We collect only the information needed to provide local appliance and HVAC repair, AI diagnostics, DIY guides and the Training Academy.
Information we collect
Contact details you provide (name, address, phone, email), service request details, photos uploaded for AI diagnostics, payment metadata processed by our PCI-compliant provider, and standard log data (IP, device, pages viewed).
How we use it
To dispatch technicians, deliver quotes and invoices, run AI diagnostics, issue training certificates, send service updates, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
Limited to local technicians fulfilling your job, payment processors, and infrastructure providers under contract. Disclosed when required by law.
Your choices
