- Booking info: service address, appliance details, symptoms you describe to AI Diagnostics or Maya.
- Payment info: processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe). FixGrid does not store full card numbers.
- Wallet info: if you opt into crypto payments, a public wallet address.
- Device & usage: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, approximate location (city / ZIP).
2. How We Use It
- Match you with local independent technicians in your area.
- Power AI diagnostics, DIY guides, and Maya assistant responses.
- Process payments, subscriptions, and refunds.
- Improve the platform and detect fraud or abuse.
3. Sharing
We share booking details with the local independent technician assigned to your job (name, address, phone, appliance issue) so they can complete the service. We do not sell your personal information.
4. AI Processing
Symptom descriptions submitted to AI Diagnostics or Maya are processed by third-party AI providers under data-processing agreements. Do not include sensitive personal data in chat messages.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your saved location. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers.
6. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@appliancerepairtechnology.com. California, EU, and UK residents have additional rights under CCPA and GDPR.
7. Data Retention
We retain account and booking data for as long as your account is active or as needed for tax, legal, and warranty obligations.

FixGrid is not intended for users under 18.
