Conveyor Not Moving
Belt is stopped while burners are firing — almost always speed control board, motor power, or interlock temperature.

Diagnostic flow
- 1Confirm oven is at operating temperature — conveyor is locked out until cavity is within 150°F / 65°C of setpoint. Wait for full warm-up before condemning parts.
- 2Pop the control box and verify 115/230 VAC input at the Elan / Middleby speed control board (PN 64149, 90 VDC 0.68 A output to the motor).
- 3Check the PPo preset matches your oven model (program-mode list on the orange board label).
- 4Measure 0–90 VDC at the +ARM / –ARM terminals with the conveyor command on. No DC out → board. DC present, motor still dead → motor or wiring.
- 5Inspect drive chain, sprocket key, and belt take-up. A sheared coupling will mimic an electrical fault.
Likely parts
- Elan / Middleby speed control board — PN 64149 (Elan EC023002)
- Conveyor drive motor (90 VDC, ~0.68 A) — black or gray motor per PPo table
- Drive chain, sprocket, and #25 master link
