What is being assessed
Not speed, and not part-swapping. The capstone checks whether you can hold the sequence when a machine gives you two problems at once and the customer is standing there wanting one answer.
The written verdict matters as much as the repair. A version record before and after, plus a metered reading against a sheet value, is what makes your conclusion something someone else can trust.
